For this project I was tasked with creating a print material for a series of birth-centered motifs. Presented here are a postcard and poster for Vittore Carpaccio's 'Birth of the Virgin.' The color palette was derived from anchoring colors within the painting while the placement of the text was inspired by the still, yet tense energy of the aftermath of childbirth.
